What is the Xscape Fitness & Recovery App?
The app is your all-in-one tool for managing your membership, accessing the gym 24/7, and soon, booking appointments with massage therapists or personal trainers.
How do I purchase a membership plan?
You will need to download the app suited to your device on either Goolgle Pay store or the APP store for IOS devices and then signup using that APP.
Is there a trial membership available?
Yes there is a 3 day trial. The trial includes access to fitness and cardio equipment, saunas, and our 6D massage chairs. The trial is good for 3 visits.
Can I access the gym 24/7?
Yes, members can access the gym at any time using the app’s QR code scanner.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Fitness only and annual commitment monthly paid Memberships have a 30 day notice period to be eligible for cancelation.
Accounts must be at $0 balance to be eligible for cancelation.
1 year commitment monthly paid memberships have a $99 plus HST cancelation fee for fitness only and $149 plus HST for VIP fitness and recovery.
Memberships will continue being billed as per their billing frequency until all of these conditions have been met.
